All Polar Kraft boats feature our patented Flex-Ribs with heavy-duty side uprights on 12" centers. This Polar Kraft exclusive design allows the ribs to flex enhancing riding comfort, reducing hull stress and vibration. Thus increasing the durability of the hull. The 100 guage all-welded hulls are strengthened and protected with triple extruded v stem reinforcement. And the gunwales are made from commercial net rails that provide additional strength to the hull superstructure.

All Polar Kraft boats are 100% wood free. Cockpit and casting decks are solid and level. Instead of wood, a non-wood composite is riveted to an aluminum top skin, which is carpeted in the bass models or finished off with non-skid paint in the sport utility series.
We've built our reputation for durability and toughness by the way we build our Jon Boats. Today we use more sophisticated production tools, but the craftsmanship materials and design match the standards we set 50 years ago. |
